I had been trying unsuccessfully to sell my house for 9 months with a realtor so I could move closer to my daughter, when my friend told me about Charleston Home Buyers.  I was tired of having to have the house always perfect and wanted to be done with this selling stuff so I could go now.  So, I said what the heck and went ahead and filled some form on their website.  A nice young man called me back the same day to set up a time to come look at my house.  I was a bit skeptical, but at the same time excited since I had not even had a showing in the last month.  He sent me some information about how they buy houses which helped me to feel better about the idea of selling my house to a company….I had never heard of this.  He came out looked at the house in about 15 minutes and presented me an offer on the spot and said he could close next week!  I thought he was joking.  I agreed, he put it writing with an earnest money check then and there and we actually closed the following week like he promised.  This company has been wonderful to work with.  I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house now and doesn’t like the hassle and headaches of listing their house and wondering if these picky buyers are ever going to make an offer.
